Terms of Service

Welcome to Curtyn. By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of service

Curtyn provides a client portal platform allowing creative professionals ("Creators") to share project briefs, collect feedback, and obtain digital sign-offs from their clients ("Clients"). The service is operated by Curtyn (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Accounts

Creators must register for an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Clients access portals via unique links and do not require an account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Curtyn to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Curtyn. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period unless required by applicable law.

6. Signatures

Digital signatures captured through Curtyn constitute legally binding electronic signatures under applicable e-signature laws. We record timestamp and IP address data to support audit trails but we are not a party to any agreement executed via a signature.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but we do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curtyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
